• Market research, selection of the most favorable suppliers
• Price comparison and commercial negotiations with existing and new suppliers;
• Finding information about new suppliers/potential partners and conducting negotiations with them;
• Determining the need to order products;
• ensuring transportation and monitoring of orders;
• quality control of ordered products;
• control of documentation related to purchases;
• Ensuring the presence of the appropriate bill of lading, correctly written (address; driver, vehicle) during transportation;
• Providing a report to the immediate supervisor as requested.
