Description:
• Observing the work process of the company based on predetermined standards and procedures;
• in accordance with the detailed description of the company, monitoring the service delivery process and identifying the gaps related to the said process;
• Service quality research
• Depending on the need, use of different forms of assessment;
• presentation of a detailed conclusion and report on the results of observation;
• Planning of corrective and preventive measures regarding the non-conformity/flaws found in the monitoring process and ensuring their timely elimination;
• Monitoring and analysis of inconsistencies observed in different structural units.
